2. Hosting and technical access data
This website is hosted by united-domains GmbH, Gautinger Straße 10, 82319 Starnberg, Germany. When you access it, technically necessary data is transmitted to the web server. This may include your IP address, date and time, requested page or file, amount of data transferred, status code, browser, operating system and previously visited page.
This data is used to deliver the website and keep it secure and reliable, particularly for troubleshooting and preventing misuse. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest is providing this website reliably and securely. The hosting provider receives this data.
Technical log data is retained only as long as needed for operation, troubleshooting or investigating specific security incidents. Deletion follows the relevant operational and technical requirements; in a specific incident, relevant entries may be needed until it is resolved. We do not combine this data into advertising profiles.
Further information from the provider: Privacy information from united-domains .
3. Cookies, fonts and audience measurement
This website’s code sets no cookies and saves no selections in local storage or session storage. It uses no audience measurement, tracking or advertising pixels. Images are loaded from our own web server and the fonts are system fonts on your device. No external font, map or video services are embedded.
The choices in the enquiry dialog are used only to prepare a message on your device. They are not sent to our web server or stored permanently in your browser.
4. Contact by email or phone
When you contact us, we process the contact details and content you provide in order to respond. For enquiries about coaching or its preparation, the legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. Other enquiries are handled under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR; our legitimate interest is answering your message.
The data is deleted once the enquiry has been fully handled and no further retention is needed for contract performance, legal obligations or the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims. If statutory retention duties apply, further processing is based on Article 6(1)(c) GDPR.
5. WhatsApp and external links
WhatsApp is included only as an external link, not as a plugin. Simply visiting this website does not cause our code to connect to WhatsApp. The service opens only when you select a WhatsApp link or “Continue to WhatsApp”; the prepared message may then be passed to its address. Opening WhatsApp does not send a message. You decide whether to send it there.
For users in the European Economic Area, WhatsApp is provided by WhatsApp Ireland Limited. The provider may process contact, communication, device and usage data, including outside the EEA. Details of recipients, international transfers and safeguards are set out in WhatsApp’s privacy policy .
We process messages you send us to handle your enquiry under the legal bases and deletion criteria described in section 4. WhatsApp is optional; you can also call or email us. Other external links likewise take you to a third-party website only when you select them. That provider’s privacy information then applies.
6. Your rights
Subject to the statutory conditions, you have the right to access (Article 15 GDPR), rectification (Article 16), erasure (Article 17), restriction of processing (Article 18) and data portability (Article 20). You may withdraw consent at any time with future effect, without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing.
Objection: Where we process data under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, you may object under Article 21 GDPR for reasons relating to your particular situation. We will then stop processing unless compelling legitimate grounds override your interests or the processing is needed to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.
Please contact us using the details above. You may also lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority under Article 77 GDPR, in particular the Bavarian Data Protection Authority .
7. Voluntary provision and automated decisions
You do not have to contact us to read this website. The connection data described in section 2 is needed to deliver it. Without suitable contact details, we may not be able to respond to an enquiry. We do not use automated decision-making, including profiling, on this website.
